Order Processing:
Shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days. In-stock items are shipped right away, but if an item is on backorder, it may take a little longer. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated ship date via e-mail. Back orders or products out of stock If a particular size is not shown in the size selection box for an item, that means it is currently out of stock. If we are unable to fill your order within 5 business days, we will put in on backorder and we will notify you of the estimated delivery date via e-mail. If you do not respond to the e-mail, we will assume that you want you order to be processed and shipped when it becomes available.

US Priority Mail
Islandium.com offers a FLAT $6.00 shipping rate for all shipments within the United States sent via US Priority Mail, no matter how many items you order. Our standard practice is to pack and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receipt. Please allow 4-6 days for delivery.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Customers can also choose to receive their purchase via UPS 2nd Day Air. Items will be packed and shipped the next business day if the order is received after 12:00pm Hawaii Standard Time. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Please note, this means that your package may take more than 2 days to reach its destination from the time it was ordered. You will receive a tracking number through e-mail so you can follow the status of your order.
UPS Ground Residential
Another option besides UPS 2nd Day Air is UPS Ground Residential, which takes five to six days longer than UPS 2nd Day Air. You will receive a tracking number through e-mail so you can follow the status of your order.

We charge required Hawaii State excise tax of 4.712% for Hawaii residents only.
Satisfaction Guarantee / Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it with the receipt and tags in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, but there is no restocking fee.
